If you love the movies and want to work with great people, we have the following exciting seasonal (spring and winter) job opportunities available at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood, CA.
Box Office
Greet guests and provide them with all the information necessary to purchase their movie tickets. You will use our computerized ticketing system and need to complete transactions with exceptional courtesy, speed and accuracy. You will need to be ready to make calculations and correct change with or without the help of the computer system, and also print and hand out will call tickets in the Box Office.
Concessions
Greet guests and assist them in making their snack purchases, while using a computerized concessions system to record the sale of all food items. Plan on bending and reaching to prepare snack and beverage orders, in a very fast paced environment. You will also be popping popcorn, preparing hot food and keeping it fresh and warm for our hungry guests.
Guest Control
Use your winning smile to greet guests, provide directions, information, and control guest flow. With the help of your fellow cast members you will maintain orderly flow of guests into and out of the Theatre.
Usher
Greet all of our guests and help them find their seats, providing directions and information while controlling guest flow. You will need to make sure that reserved areas are kept clear for our disabled and VIP guests. You will sweep out the theatre between shows, and also be responsible for the cleanliness of the lobby and restrooms.
