Director since 2000

John E. Bryson, 65, serves as Senior Advisor to Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) and is Retired Chariman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Edison International. Mr. Bryson served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Edison International (an electric power generator and distributor), the parent company of Southern California Edison, from 1990 to 2008. He is also a director of The Boeing Company, a trustee of the California Institute of Technology and a director of the W.M. Keck Foundation and the California Endowment.
