DeLynne Ano is the Director of Supplier Diversity and Sustainability for The Walt
Disney Company. In this position she is responsible for developing the vision and strategy for
Supplier Diversity throughout the Disney organization. Recently, her role has expanded to include
the integration of Environmental Awareness and International Labor Standard concerns into the
Strategic Sourcing process. In this newly expanded role, she will work closely with
Environmentality and ILS to benchmark and incorporate best-in-class processes within the Disney
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement process.
Prior to joining Disney in 2004, DeLynne spent 17 years with Strategic Sourcing at Nestle and
has been responsible for sourcing everything from dairy products to marketing services. For the
majority of those years, her focus was on product packaging, specifically flexible & rigid
packaging, folding cartons and corrugated for Stouffer's Frozen Food and Ice Cream. In 2000, she
developed and launched the company's Supplier Diversity Program.
DeLynne sits on numerous boards and is currently Chairperson for Women's Business Enterprise
Council - West and the Los Angeles Minority Business Outreach Committee for Mayor Antonio
Villaraigosa. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration from
California Coast University.
