Shannon Fink is a Supplier Diversity & Sustainability Specialist for The Walt Disney Company. Shannon is responsible for International Labor Standards compliance within the Disney sourcing process. Along with providing expertise in ILS compliance, she has the role of Supplier Diversity lead for Studio, Corporate, and Disney Consumer Products. Ms. Fink is on the Advisory Board of the Asian Business Association – Los Angeles and a member of the Advertising Production Association of Los Angeles.

Prior to joining the Supplier Diversity & Sustainability team, Shannon was a Sourcing Specialist with Disney supporting Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment. During her tenure with the sourcing team, she managed significant print and promotional spend, gaining expertise in the ILS process and a deep understanding of sourcing Branded products.

Shannon has her Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communication from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Ms. Fink is an active tri-athlete and marathoner.
