Valerie Royal is the Manager of Minority Business Development for Walt Disney World.  In this position, Ms. Royal leads the organization responsible for supplier diversity initiatives at Walt Disney World as well as partnership development with minority professional organizations and business enterprises that advance Walt Disney World Resort’s reputation and appeal as a premier corporate citizen/conference destination among multicultural guest segments.

She collaborates with Disney partners to identify opportunities that create value for both the organization and the company.

It is the ultimate goal of her work to enhance the Disney brand within minority business communities through placement of programming, sponsorships and other resources.
