The further integration of ABC Sports and ESPN in 2005 underscores the leadership position of Disney's sports media assets and allows the Company to acquire and deliver programming across multiple platforms. In the fall, a record 450 college football games were produced across all ABC Sports and ESPN outlets, culminating with the national championship game
at the Rose Bowl.

During the seven-game NBA Finals last year, ABC was the top-rated network each night. A multimedia agreement with the Belmont Stakes begins in 2006 joining the roster of World Cup soccer, The British Open, PGA Tour events and the TOUR Championship, the Indianapolis 500 and the Indy Racing League, the U.S. Figure Skating Championships, and the Little League World Series.
