DISNEY EXECUTIVES TO SPEAK TO INVESTORS

BURBANK, Calif., February 2, 2007 - Senior management of The Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS) including Bob Iger, president and CEO; Tom Staggs, senior executive vice president and CFO; and business unit leaders, will speak to investors at Disney's 2007 Investor Conference on Wednesday and Thursday, February 7 and 8, 2007.

The conference will begin on Wednesday, February 7 at 4:30 p.m. EST with a discussion of fiscal first quarter 2007 financial results (which will be released shortly after 4:00 p.m. EST), followed by a presentation by Walt Disney Parks and Resorts at approximately 7:00 p.m. EST. The conference will resume with a general session and additional business unit presentations beginning at 8:30 a.m. EST on Thursday, February 8 and is expected to conclude at approximately 6:00 p.m. EST.
