Jim has financial and strategic oversight for all Disney theme parks and resorts world-wide as well as Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club and Adventures by Disney. In addition, Walt Disney Imagineering and Disney Regional Entertainment are part of his diverse portfolio. Jim has a global perspective of our worldwide business working with a talented group of financial, business development, technology, and other Cast Members.

In addition to his finance responsibilities, Jim leads Parks and Resorts' information technology, consumer research, corporate alliances, and supply chain management. He also serves on the board of directors of Hong Kong Disneyland. "What I am most proud of in my role is the dedication and continued support of the Cast members I work with around the world. They truly understand and believe in our brand and work each and every day to exceed our Guests' expectations."

Prior to his current role, Jim was the executive vice president and chief financial officer for the Walt Disney World Resort, where he oversaw four theme parks, more than 25,000 owned-and-operated hotel rooms and a variety of other businesses supporting the world's No. 1 vacation destination.

Before joining Disney in 1992, Jim held leadership roles as a partner with Ernst & Young. He holds a business degree from the University of Central Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He was on various university, hospital and Chamber Boards while living in Orlando and is currently active on the Board of Trustees of Children's Hospital Los Angeles.
