As Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Diversity and Inclusion for WDPR, Julie Hodges is responsible for all human resources-related services for nearly 100,000 cast members, crew members and Imagineers worldwide. Julie oversees employee and labor relations, diversity and inclusion, compliance, recruitment, talent planning, learning and development, organization development, compensation, cast activities and recognition, benefits and workforce planning. Additionally, her team focuses on attracting diverse talent and developing Walt Disney Parks and Resorts leaders for the future.
Julie began her career in 1989 in Casting and has since taken on positions of increasing responsibility. In her most recent role as Vice President of Human Resources, Julie led the HR Business Partner teams for Worldwide Operations. Julie played an integral role in the restructuring of the organization and establishing a segment HR structure that aligns with the needs of the new organization, strategically supports the WDPR business, leverages talent more broadly across the organization, gives more visibility to international talent and work, reduces redundancies and inconsistencies across the business and simplifies the decision-making process.
Julie holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations.
