Leslie Ferraro
Senior Vice President, Global Marketing
Walt Disney Parks and Resorts

As Senior Vice President of Global Marketing for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, Leslie is responsible for leading the worldwide marketing team in the strategic development of marketing strategies that drive consumer behavior.

Leslie also serves as a member of the Executive Committee for the Parks and Resorts segment overall where she helps to envision the next generation of Disney experiences around the world.

As a nine-year veteran of The Walt Disney Company, Leslie has held various marketing leadership positions throughout the organization. Her prior experience both within The Walt Disney Company and in her outside roles, positions Leslie to lead worldwide marketing initiatives for the global parks and resorts business with a broad perspective.

Most recently as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Adventures by Disney and New Business Initiatives, Leslie was responsible for growing and supporting the Adventures by Disney brand as well as developing and communicating the strategic direction for other new businesses. She was instrumental in developing the successful marketing campaigns, sales strategies and plans for Adventures by Disney. Leslie has also held the position of Vice President, of Global Marketing for Disney Regional Entertainment.

Prior to joining The Walt Disney Company, Leslie held various senior-level marketing positions in McCann-Erickson Inc., Johnson & Johnson and SmithKline Beecham.

Leslie holds a degree in economics and marketing from George Washington University, a master's in economics from the London School of Economics, an M.B.A. in finance from New York University, and an Executive M.B.A. in marketing from Columbia University.
