Garry Randall
Vice President, Human Resources
Walt Disney Internet Group

Garry Randall is the vice president of human resources of the Walt Disney Internet Group, responsible for all human resources and organizational functions for this global division.

Randall is a seasoned executive with an 18-year track record in human resources and has worked extensively in entrepreneurial, high-growth and technology environments. Most recently, he served as the human resources chief at IntelliRisk Management Corp., where he guided the leadership team through a major transformation designed to position the company for significant growth.

Prior to IntelliRisk, Randall held increasingly responsible executive positions at Victoria's Secret, Walker Digital and First USA. At Walker Digital, he served as chief human resources officer for Atlantis Interactive, a start-up business-to-business Internet and customer care solution provider. He also served as the first vice president of human resources at WINGSPANBANK.com, a division of First USA that was a pioneer in online banking.

Randall holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Science and Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University.
