DISNEY CONNECTION EXPANDS TO INCLUDE EXCLUSIVE GAMES AND FULL ACCESS TO SELECT PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS

Major redesign offers new navigation tools and age-specific feature

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - May 9, 2007 - Disney Online, part of the Walt Disney Internet Group, today announced a new version of Disney Connection, a premier broadband entertainment destination available through certain high-speed Internet providers that offers compelling interactive content for kids and families. The updated version of the broadband service, which appeals to a variety of ages, now features a suite of exclusive single and multi-player games as well as targeted channels for different demographics. In addition, for select affiliates, the new version will include full access to Playhouse Disney Preschool Time Online and Disney Game Kingdom Online, two of Disney's premium subscription products, with a combined current retail value of $99.

"We're delighted to offer a suite of enhancements to Disney Connection," stated Steve Parkis, vice president of premium content for Disney Online. "The most significant of these is the inclusion of access to Playhouse Disney Preschool Time Online - which won the 2006 National Parenting Center's "Seal of Approval" among other prestigious national parenting and editor awards - and Disney Game Kingdom Online, an interactive world filled with games and fun customization options for kids, at no additional charge for Disney Connection guests. This, coupled with the addition of exclusive games, presents significant value to the consumer - and to our affiliate partners."

Disney Connection will continue to feature full-length episodes of TV shows from Disney Channel, Toon Disney and Playhouse Disney. It will also continue to be advertising-free, making it truly immersive and ideal for kids. Disney Connection's fresh new design builds on these benefits by adding channels for preschoolers, boys, girls, and kids & teens, so that kids can find what they like best faster than ever. Given that games are a key content area for kids, the new version also now includes the ability to search by game type (puzzles, arcades, activities, etc.) and track high scores. Also, Disney Connection guests can now create separate playlists for favorite games and videos.

"Disney Connection continues to be one of our flagship broadband services. This latest version further demonstrates our commitment to continually evolving our broadband services to make them as compelling as possible. " stated Ben Pyne, president, Disney and ESPN Networks, affiliate sales and marketing. "We are truly excited to partner with some our key affiliates to offer this to their customers."

Disney Online has partnered with leading high-speed internet service providers to offer Disney Connection to their subscribers as an added benefit to their regular monthly Internet service at no additional charge. The service is designed for families with kids of a variety of ages, ranging from 3-14.
