WALT DISNEY INTERNET GROUP CONTENT TO BE DISTRIBUTED ON BELLSOUTH INTERNET SERVICES HOME PAGE

Video, Audio and Text Content from Leading Sites Such as ABCNews.com, Disney.com and FamilyFun.com to be Featured

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA and ATLANTA, GA - February 7, 2002 - Walt Disney Internet Group (WDIG) and BellSouth (NYSE: BLS) today announced an agreement under which WDIG will license selected online content on a non-exclusive basis to BellSouth for re-distribution via BellSouth Internet Service portal (www.home.bellsouth.net).

As part of this agreement, a variety of WDIG content and commerce offerings, including text, video and audio from ABC.com, ABCNEWS.com, Disney.com, and FamilyFun.com, will be available to the more than 1 million BellSouth Internet Service FastAccess DSL and dial subscribers. In addition, links to e-commerce sites, such as Disney Store and Disney Vacations will be included. Visitors will also be able to sign up for WDIG subscription services, including Disney's Blast.

Available at www.home.bellsouth.net, BellSouth Internet Service's portal offers a fully customizable home page featuring channels such as news, entertainment, health & fitness and family.
